[Mother] Let Us make man in Our image and in Our likeness


Let Us make man in Our image and in Our likeness.

I'm so happy to be born of the image and likeness of Heavenly Parents; God the Father and God the Mother. It is because as I wanted to resemble my loving parents, I really want to take after my loving Heavenly Parents.

Ge 1:26~27 God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.

When God created man, He said, "Let US make man in OUR image, in OUR likeness," and the word, 'us', 'our' doesn't refer to one single form, but more than two. It is easy to assume that God can be regarded as not singular form but plural form, which means God the Father and God the Mother, so that They created mankind in Their image and in Their likeness into 'male' and 'female'.

When I was young, I liked to be told, "You resemble exactly your mom. Your eyes and lips remind of your mom." Now I want to be told, "Your character and personality takes after Heavenly Parents. Your heart and mind resembles God the Father and God the Mother." When people see me and realize God's divine nature through my character and personality, I can become the letter of Christ; Heavenly Parents.

[Mother] Who Do You Take After?

Lets Us Make Man in Our Image and in Our Likeness I've often heard from birth that I really take after my mother. People used to compare my mom and me when I was a baby, pointing to my eyes, nose and mouth, my mom was pleased to hear what people were saying. I was glad that my mom was smiling and be pleasant because I took after my mom and it made her happy.
