[Sermon] Come to the Holy Spirit and the Bride

Image
Come to the Holy Spirit and the Bride. If you were told to come to someone in authority and in a privileged position and can give you a great fortune, how would you like to do? Can you reject him? Can you ignore his suggestion? Maybe not! Most of people run up to him, expecting to receive good things and take advantage of. In the Bible, there are many cases in which the ones were called to come to God and did as they were instructed. Jesus told Peter to come, "Come, follow me,"(Mt 4:6) and Peter at once went to Jesus. The LORD God told His people to come, "Come! Come! Flee from the land of the north,"(Zec 2:7) and they did. And now God is calling us to come to Him again. Rev 22:17 The Spirit and the Bride say, "Come!" And let him who hears say, "Come!" Whoever is thirsty, let him come; and whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the water of life. Why do the Saviors of the last age; the Holy Spirit and the Bride tel...

[Mother] Heavenly Jerusalem, our Heavenly Mother

Image
Heavenly Jerusalem, our Heavenly Mother While earthly Jerusalem is just the city of Israel, Heavenly Jerusalem is our Mother, only through Who we can get eternal life. As you know, the Bible contains lots of parables and sometimes we take them figuratively, by comparing two things far from each other and opposite. Among them, I'd like to introduce the parable of 'Jerusalem'. Actually Jerusalem is the capital city of Israel and regarded as the Holy Land to all the Christians where they eagerly want to visit in a way of pilgrimage. They look at the earthly Jerusalem, not seeing the spiritual Jerusalem. However the Bible reveals the secret of the Jerusalem to be taken figuratively and leads us realize that the spiritual Jerusalem is our Mother. Gal 4:25~26 Now Hagar stands for Mount Sinai in Arabia and corresponds to the present city of Jerusalem, because she is in slavery with her children.  But the Jerusalem that is above is free, and She is our mother....

[Mother] Give your ear to the Bible testifying about God the Mother

Image
Give your ear to the Bible testifying about God the Mother. Happily and fortunately I had heard about God the Mother and received Her as my Heavenly Mother. If someone came up to you and asked, "Have you ever heard about God the Mother?", what would you say? Can you give positive answer to that question, or be bewildered how to answer, having no idea? What we have to make sure is that whether the Bible testifies about and there is any evidence or testimony to. Since the Bible has been the standards of false or truth, if God the Mother exists in the Bible and the prophets testify about Her, we need to press on to acknowledge Her as our spiritual Mother. Hos 4:6 The LORD said, "My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also reject you as my priests." Even if it is a single verse and as long as it is related to our salvation, we have to give our ear to the Scripture testifying about God the Mother and never i...

[Mother] The Source of Water of Life (1)

Image
The Source of Water of Life God is the source of water of life. In the basis of Trinity, Jehovah, God the Father and Jesus, God the Son and Holy Spirit are one God and the source of life. In the Old Testament, the prophet Jeremiah testified to the LORD, God the Father Jehovah as the living water, in other words He is the source of life from which God's people could be blessed and live ever and ever. Jer 2:13 The LORD(God the Father Jehovah) said, "My people have committed two sins; They have forsaken me, the spring of living water." In the New Testament, the apostle John testified to Jesus, God the Son as the spring of water of life, in other words He is the source of life from which the saints can be blessed and obtain eternal life. Jn 4:14 Jesus(God the Son) answered, "Whoever drinks the water I give him will never thirst. Indeed, a spring of water welling up to eternal life." Then, who is the source of life in this last age of the Holy S...

[Mother] Ruth serves her mother-in-law wholeheartedly

Image
Ruth serves her mother-in-law wholeheartedly. In the Bible, it is not common that someone who is not Israel people be written in the genealogy among twelve tribes. Here's an exception to that. It is 'Ruth'. Ruth is one of my favorite characters of the Bible. Mt 1:5~6 Boaz the father of Obed, whose mother was Ruth, Obed the father of Jesse, and Jesse the father of King David. Ruth was the the mother of grandfather of King David, she was great-grandmother of King David, so to speak. But then how was she recorded in the history of Israelite? It is because God the LORD accepted her like His people. Ru 1:16 Ruth replied, "Don't urge me to leave you; mother-in-law, or to turn back from you, Naomi. Where you go I will go, and where you stay I will stay. Your people will be my people and your God my God. When someone's husband dies and she remains childless, it is naturally regarded that she doesn't have any responsibility to take care of her mother...

[Mother] I do Follow my Heavenly Mother to the end

Image
I do Follow my Heavenly Mother to the end. Just as Elisha followed Elijah, Joshua followed Moses, and Peter followed Jesus, I do FOLLOW Heavenly Mother. In my family members I'm the youngest. When I was young, I used to follow my elder sisters when they went outside to hang out their friends. But they refused to bring me out, so at that moment I was crying out to follow my sisters. And when my mom went to market place, I also cried out so that my mom brought me to conventional market full of interesting items and excitement. In this way I love to follow my loving family. Mt 4:18~20 As Jesus was walking beside the Sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers, Simon called Peter and his brother Andrew. They were casting a net into the lake, for they were fishermen. "Come, follow me," Jesus said, "and I will make you fishers of men." At once they left their nets and followed him. 2,000 years ago, Jesus called Peter to follow Him and he at once left his net...

[Mother] Let him take the free gift of the water of life

Image
Let him take the free gift of the water of life. There is no one to resist that water is essential for all the living. It can never be optional for human being. That's why we call water itself 'life' and it's not much to say that water is the most important substance to make up our physical and natural body. Then, how about our spiritual body? In the Bible, there are both a natural body and a spiritual body. Just as a natural body needs water for living a life, a spiritual body demand strongly water of life for eternal life. 1Co 15:44 It is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body. Water of life is essential for our soul, and what we have to acknowledge is that it's given only by God Elohim. Rev 22:17 The Spirit and the Bride say, "Come!" And let him who hears say, "Come!" Whoever is thirsty, let him come; and whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the wat...
