Who Are God Elohim? The biblical term ‘God Elohim’ is considered very mysterious and interesting. As itself, it refers to God more than two in the meaning of plural form, but it is hard to detect who God Elohim are, nor to designate how we call Them with the name. ‘Elohim’ appears in the Bible nearly hundreds times and biblicist and scholars have thought that God Elohim refers to the Triune God, meaning God the Father, God the Son and the Holy Spirit are the same. And the Triune God is definitely called as ‘Father’. The Triune God cannot be plural. Based on the teachings of the Bible, the Trinity means that God the Father and God the Son and the Holy Spirit are one and the same. So the Triune God cannot be expressed in a plural form.
